Wish Star

A rare and powerful artifact from space that glows with a silvery light. They can be found in the world from time to time. As the name suggests, holding a wish star to one's bosom, closing one's eyes, relaxing, and wishing for something will allow one to be granted a wish. The wish must be a geniune desire in one's heart for the star to activate, meaning accidental wishes like "I wish you would shut up for a second" and being threatened into making a wish will not activate the star.

Additionally, while the star's power is great, it is also fragile. If, for example, you wish for something to happen to somebody, and that person would not want that thing to happen to them, the energies of their negative desire would negate the wish, causing the star's power to be negated and consumed without having any effect. Wish stars have a tendency to gravitate toward those who would most appreciate them, while those who have terrible ambitions may find themselves unable to even activate the star.

Nearly any wish can be granted with a wish star. God level curses and hexes can be undone, unique schools of magic can be created and learned, even becoming divine is possible.
