A strange and mysterious little man who has appeared in several works of art, even in the earliest days of civilization, by artists claiming to have seen him in their dreams. More than one person has found themselves horrified upon discovering such works, having seen the very same person in dreams of their own. He is still known to appear in dreams, though he is usually only just visible in one's peripheral vision and he usually doesn't speak, and only sometimes laughs.
As time goes on, he seems to appear more vividly and frequently, and speaks and interacts more often. It is believed that there is a correlation between the gradual tearing of the fabric of reality and his behavior, and that wish stars are a major culprit in this tearing of reality. While he seems to be little more than a harmless visitor from outside of reality, Dragon gets an extremely bad vibe from Lumstigethers and fears him greatly.
